Farmlyest LLC (“Farmlyest,” “we,” “us”) operates farmlyest.com, a platform for discovering local farmers markets and vendors. We are based in Missouri, United States. Contact: hello@farmlyest.com

2. Information We Collect

Information you provide:

• Email address and name — when you sign up for early access or our newsletter
• Business information — name, location, category, website — when vendors or market organizers register
• Communications — if you contact us by email

Information collected automatically:

• Usage data — pages viewed, search queries, clicks, via our analytics system
• Location data — only when you explicitly click “Find Markets Near Me” and grant browser permission. We do not store your precise location.
• Device information — browser type, operating system, IP address (anonymized)

3. How We Use Your Information

• To send you newsletters and platform updates you signed up for
• To create and manage your vendor or market listing
• To improve our platform and understand how it is used
• To respond to inquiries and provide support
• To send transactional emails (signup confirmations, listing updates)

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. Ever.

4. Email Communications

If you sign up for early access or our newsletter, you will receive periodic updates about Farmlyest. Every email includes an unsubscribe link. You can also unsubscribe at any time by emailing hello@farmlyest.com. We use Resend to deliver transactional emails.

5. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored in Supabase (a secure cloud database provider) with row-level security enabled. All connections are encrypted with TLS. We retain subscriber data until you unsubscribe or request deletion. Vendor listing data is retained while your business is active on the platform.

6. Third-Party Services

We use the following services that may process your data:

• Supabase — database and authentication (data stored in US)
• Vercel — website hosting and CDN
• Resend — transactional email delivery
• Unsplash — photography (no personal data shared)

Each provider has their own privacy policy. We only share data with these providers as necessary to operate the Service.

7. Cookies

Farmlyest uses minimal cookies necessary to operate the site (session management, security). We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. We do not use Google Analytics or Facebook Pixel.

8. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Unsubscribe from all marketing communications
• Withdraw consent for data processing at any time

To exercise any of these rights, email hello@farmlyest.com. We will respond within 30 days.

9. Children

Farmlyest is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have collected information from a child, please contact us immediately.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. We will notify subscribers of material changes via email. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent version.
