By accessing or using Farmlyest (“the Service”), operated by Farmlyest LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Farmlyest is a directory and discovery platform connecting consumers with local farmers markets, vendors, and producers. We provide market listings, vendor profiles, search functionality, and editorial content about local food producers.
Vendors and market organizers who submit information to Farmlyest represent that the information provided is accurate and that they have authority to submit it. Farmlyest reserves the right to verify, edit, or remove any listing at its discretion. Claimed listings must represent a real, operating business.
All content on Farmlyest — including the name, logo, feature articles, design, and code — is owned by Farmlyest LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. “Farmlyest” is a registered trademark. You may not use our name, logo, or content without prior written permission.
You agree not to: submit false or misleading information; scrape or bulk-download our data; attempt to access systems or data you are not authorized to access; use the Service for any unlawful purpose; or impersonate any person or entity.
Farmlyest offers optional paid features including featured vendor placement, newsletter sponsorships, and editorial articles. Paid placements are clearly identified. Payment terms, refund policies, and specific deliverables will be outlined in a separate agreement for each paid engagement.
Farmlyest provides directory information as-is. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or availability of any listing. We are not responsible for transactions between consumers and vendors. Market schedules and vendor availability may change without notice.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Farmlyest LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify registered users of material changes via email.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Missouri.
